How many inspections do you conduct each year?
Under the relevant WA legislation, we are permitted to conduct up to 4 inspections every 12 months. During these regular routine inspections we assess whether the tenant is meeting their obligations.
We take the time to determine if there are any maintenance issues or repairs that require attention. Typically, inspections are conducted in the following intervals:
- An ingoing inspection occurs before the tenant has moved in. A thorough Property Condition Report is collated.
- An inspection occurs 6-8 weeks after the tenant has moved in
- Routine inspections occur every 3 or 6 monthly depending on the agreement and the requirements of the rental property
- An outgoing inspection is performed on completion of the tenancy. During this inspection we compare the property to the initial Property Condition Report.
