The PMP office is open 9-5, Monday to Friday. Outside of these normal business hours all calls are directed to a rostered staff member, and this is usually a Director of PMP.

Maintenance issues need to be dealt with quickly to minimise the cost and damage to your investment. Because we are on call, immediate action can be taken. Unlike many of our competitors, you will always receive local service and you will never be referred to an overseas call center.
